Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind every ring we make. This warranty covers problems caused by how a ring was made — not damage from wear, accidents, or time. It applies to rings bought directly from FOREVERINGS.

What Counts as a Manufacturing Problem

A manufacturing problem is something wrong with the ring when it was made. It's either there when you get the ring, or it shows up during normal wear without you doing anything to cause it.

Examples include cracks in the band, finish flaws, or stones that weren't set correctly.

Damage from bumps, snags, pressure, chemicals, everyday wear, or repairs done by someone else is not a manufacturing problem — even if you didn't see it happen.

Lifetime Coverage for Craftsmanship

Covers every ring from FOREVERINGS, for life.

We'll cover these problems no matter how long you've had the ring:

  • Cracks in the band that happen without impact
  • Joints that come apart during normal wear
  • Finish or polish flaws that were there when the ring arrived
  • Inlay that lifts, cracks, or falls out on its own — not from hits, water, or chemicals

You'll need your proof of purchase to file a claim.

3-Month Coverage for Stone Settings

Extra coverage for rings with set stones (engagement rings, gemstone rings, prong or bezel settings).

For 3 months from the day your ring arrives, we'll also cover:

  • Stones that come loose or fall out because the setting wasn't done right
  • Prongs that are uneven, too thin, or not tight enough
  • Bezel settings with gaps or rough edges

After 3 months, a loose or missing stone is treated as wear or damage. We offer paid repairs for these cases.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, dents, bent metal, or crushed edges from daily wear or accidents
  • Stones that chip, crack, or fall out after getting hit, snagged, dropped, or squeezed
  • Chips, cracks, scratches, or cloudiness on stones from impact, chemicals, or wear
  • Color change or clouding in stones and inlay materials over time — normal wear, not a defect
  • Prongs wearing thin over time (this is maintenance, not a defect)
  • Plating that wears off over time — this happens naturally from skin, water, lotions, sanitizers, and daily life
  • Tarnish on sterling silver
  • Damage from chemicals like chlorine, cleaners, perfume, or lotion
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen rings
  • Damage from resizing or repairs done by anyone other than FOREVERINGS
  • International orders (final sale — we can't service these)

Engraved rings are covered for manufacturing problems. But engraved rings are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact us at support@foreveringsjewelry.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the problem, and a short description of what happened.
  2. We'll review it. We'll let you know if the problem qualifies. We may ask for more photos or the ring itself.
  3. We'll repair or replace it. If your claim is approved, we'll fix the ring, reset the stone, or replace it — our choice.
