FOREVERINGS is committed to high-quality craftsmanship and materials. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for rings purchased directly from FOREVERINGS.

1. Warranty for Rings Without Set Stones

(Tungsten, titanium, sterling silver bands, inlay rings, etc.)

Coverage:
Covers manufacturing defects affecting the ring’s structure, finish, and inlay materials.

Warranty Period:
One (1) year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper care, accidents, or external force (scratches, dents, crushed edges, bent metal, chemical exposure)

• Plating wear or fading, which occurs naturally due to skin chemistry, sanitizers, lotions, water exposure, and daily activities

• Normal wear and tear

• Loss or theft of the ring

• Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than FOREVERINGS

• Engraved rings and international orders (final sale)

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. Warranty for Rings With Set Stones

(Gemstones, engagement rings, prong or bezel settings.)

Coverage:
Covers manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and the stone setting, including improperly seated stones or setting issues that appear under normal wear.

Warranty Period:
Three (3) months from the date of delivery.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Stone loss or loose stones caused by external force, snagging, bending, dropping, chemicals, or improper care

• Chips, cracks, scratches, or damage to stones caused by accidental impact

• Plating wear or fading, which occurs naturally with regular use

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual prong wear

• Loss or theft of the ring

• Alterations or repairs not performed by FOREVERINGS

• Engraved rings and international orders (final sale)

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Us: Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

2. Evaluation: We determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

3. Repair or Replacement: If approved, we will repair or replace the ring or reset the stone at our discretion.

Additional Information

• Shipping: Customer pays shipping to FOREVERINGS; we cover return shipping if the claim is approved.

• Processing: Claims typically processed within 14 business days.

• Limitations: This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied. FOREVERINGS is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
