We stand behind every ring we make. This warranty covers problems caused by how a ring was made — not damage from wear, accidents, or time. It applies to rings bought directly from FOREVERINGS.
A manufacturing problem is something wrong with the ring when it was made. It's either there when you get the ring, or it shows up during normal wear without you doing anything to cause it.
Examples include cracks in the band, finish flaws, or stones that weren't set correctly.
Damage from bumps, snags, pressure, chemicals, everyday wear, or repairs done by someone else is not a manufacturing problem — even if you didn't see it happen.
Covers every ring from FOREVERINGS, for life.
We'll cover these problems no matter how long you've had the ring:
You'll need your order number to file a claim.
Extra coverage for rings with set stones (engagement rings, gemstone rings, prong or bezel settings).
For 3 months from the day your ring arrives, we'll also cover stones that come loose or fall out because the setting wasn't done right.
After 3 months, a loose or missing stone is treated as wear or damage. We offer paid repairs for these cases.
This warranty does not cover:
Engraved rings are covered for manufacturing problems. But engraved rings are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
International orders are covered too. You'll cover shipping to send the ring to us and to have it sent back. International orders are still final sale — they can't be returned or exchanged.
You cover shipping and insurance when sending the ring to us. Use a trackable, insured service.
If we approve your claim, we pay to ship it back to you — except on international orders, where you cover shipping both ways.
Claims are usually handled within 14 business days of us getting the ring.
This is the only warranty we offer. It replaces any other warranty, written or implied. We're not responsible for other costs or damages that come from a ring problem. The warranty covers the ring, not the buyer. Anyone with the order number can make a claim — so if the ring was a gift, the person wearing it can come to us directly.
