FOREVERINGS is committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and materials. We stand behind our products with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies to all rings purchased directly from FOREVERINGS.

Warranty Coverage

1. Manufacturing Defects: This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Defects include issues with the ring's structural integrity, inlay materials, and any elements not performing as intended.

2. Warranty Period: The warranty period for rings purchased from FOREVERINGS is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:

   • Damage resulting from improper care or accidents, including scratches, scuffs, and exposure to harsh chemicals or environments.

   • Normal wear and tear.

   • Loss or theft of the ring.

   • Alterations or repairs not performed by FOREVERINGS.

   • Engraved rings and international orders (these are final sale).

4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via the contact us page on our website. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if applicable.
2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the defect is covered under our warranty.
3. Repair or Replacement: If your ring is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair the ring or replace it with a ring of equal or greater value.

Additional Information

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the ring for warranty evaluation. If the defect is covered, FOREVERINGS will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement ring back to you.

• Processing Time: Warranty claims are processed within 14 business days of receiving the ring. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the defect and availability of replacement materials.

• Limitations: This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FOREVERINGS shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
