Return and Exchange Policy:
- Time Frame:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Item Condition:
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation (if any). We will not accept returns/exchanges for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Engraved Items:
- Engraved items are non-returnable, but we’re happy to offer you a 40% discount on a new order if you need a different size. If you experience any issues with your engraved ring, please submit a here. Once approved, we’ll send you a discount code by email to use on your next purchase
- International Orders:
- All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the US due to potential taxes being levied.
