Return and Exchange Instructions

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Time Frame:
• Purchases made between November 11 and December 25 are eligible for exchange and return until January 9. Items must be in unworn condition.

• Item Condition:

• Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation (if any). We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Engraved Items:
• Engraved rings are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are considered final sale.

• International Orders:
• All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the US due to potential taxes being levied.

• Return Shipping Costs:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Processing Time:

• The processing time for returns and exchanges is 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
