The good - Shipping was incredibly fast and went smoothly, packaging is phenomenal and came with a beautiful case for our rings! The bad part. My primary complaint is with the ring itself, being nothing like the image. My stone looks black/dark grey and does not shine or glisten that blue color in the sun. It just turns light grey or white. Not at all pretty, very dull. No color at all. Very disappointed as it's not close to matching with my partners ring, who DID get what was advertised. Not a scam, I may have just gotten a horrible cut.
Customer service at Foreverings went above and beyond when I informed them that there was a gem that fell out of my wife's ring. They handle the situation promptly and professionally, with genuine concern. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. You should absolutely buy their rings.
