The customer service they have is phenomenal, I ordered the ring set in the wrong size the first time and they swapped it out for me. The issue I had was with the women's ring, the first set (wrong size) was as advertised, solid black band but I was informed after receiving the new rings that they had changed how they do the finish, so the new rings were just a smidge darker than the standard silver color. The quality was still great, still lovely rings, just not what I was looking for. They were able to help me return it so I could get new rings that suited the style I needed.
The rings were a week late but not fault to the company. USPS to Alaska tends to ship slow. Product is beautiful and worth every penny.
