Real Gibeon meteorite
The inlays are cut from the Gibeon meteorite, iron that crystallized in space over millions of years before falling over Namibia. The crosshatched pattern in the metal formed out there and cannot be made on Earth; no two rings share the same slice.
Wedding bands and matching sets

Are the meteorite rings real?

Yes. The inlays are cut from real Gibeon meteorite, and the crosshatched pattern in each one is the crystal structure it grew in space, impossible to fake in a mold.

The meteorite is sealed flush in UV-resistant resin inside the tungsten band, so everyday wear and hand washing are no problem, and a quick wipe keeps the pattern bright.

What is the pattern in the meteorite?

The crosshatch is the Widmanstatten pattern: crystal bands that grew as the iron cooled in space over millions of years. Every slice carries a different section of it.
