Return and Exchange Instructions

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please submit a request through our portal here.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Time Frame:
    • Submit your exchange or return request within 21 days of fulfillment (shipping date).
  • Item Condition:

    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation (if any). We will not accept returns/exchanges for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Engraved Items:
    • Engraved items are non-returnable, but we’re happy to offer you a 40% discount on a new order if you need a different size.
  • International Orders:
    • All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the US due to potential taxes being levied.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
  • Processing Time:

    • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3 business days of delivery to our facility. During holidays or peak periods, please allow up to 2 additional business days.
