Disappointed in the ring quality and customer service of this company. I bought the black version of this ring and the opal and various bluestones fell out within the first month of light usage, I complained and had to pay shipping to get another ring which they assured me would come with the engraving like other ring but it did not come with the engraving like promised. This time I went with the silver version thinking that the black paint was part of the issue but not even a week of having it an opal fell out of the ring again. This time customer service has been quiet and has not gotten back to me. Poor quality and poor customer service.

This ring is gorgeous to say the least I got it for my right hand as I’m obsessed with rings. I love how it sparkles and fits. The sizing is accurate if you know what size your finger is. If you don’t the rings come with a free ring sizer so you can remeasure if needed and find the right size for your finger. The ring looks exactly like the picture if not better than in pictures. The box it comes in is beautiful and soft too. This isn’t my first purchase with this seller and it most definitely won’t be my last. If you want something elegant yet unique I highly recommend this ring. The ring also came a day earlier than expected with was a much appreciated surprise. I love their pieces and craftsmanship. You can truly tell and see the hard work they put into each piece of jewelry they make. These rings always exceed my expectation
