The rings that came in are beautiful. The engraving was also perfect.

Everything was perfect and in a good condition

We had some issues with delivery, but that was Etsy's tracking and our local mail service fault. Etsy reported delivered when it hadn't been and the mail service tracking number didn't work, and their customer service was rotten. I also had an unexpected tax charge (I thought it was exempt but that's another matter). However, the seller was wonderful, they were as helpful as they could be and with quick responses. The rings themselves were great quality and my fiancée and I absolutely love them! Highly recommend.

When I first ordered the rings they were a little loose due to my own calculation error, but the exchange process was swift and easy, with the ring fitting perfectly in the end!! 10/10 would recommend

Customer service responded super fast about us ordering the wrong size ring. I followed the instructions on the card that was sent with the ring. After sending the first one back, we got a new one in the right size in about a week. They look just as good in person too!
